Wong Ah Wah BBQ Chicken Wings

Peel Road has a famous restaurant Queen. In it has a famous stall specializes in BBQ Chicken Wings.

Yup, we're talking about the Wong Ah Wang Siu Kai Yik. It is said that this place is even better than what you eat at Jalan Alor. Apart from Chicken wings, they also have Drumsticks, quarter chicken and so forth, so there are varieties.

Here's my take on the BBQ Chicken Wings.

Apart from the BBQ Chicken wings, another stall that caught my attention was this one selling Nasi Lemak, it was packed with people lining up, so I just have to give it a try. And these was what I picked up.

What do you think? Looks good? Or you know of a better place with better BBQ Chicken Wings?

Restaurant Yong Chew @ Aman Suria

These photographs was taken quite some time back but only recently manage to get them posted. These are the dishes I ordered at the said restaurant. Don't try and compare these kind of restaurants with the high class restaurants in Shopping Malls and Hotels. These are what everyday people eat when they are on the go, coming and going from the office and so forth.

Honestly, I prefer this kind of restaurant compared to the upmarket type as the atmosphere is very different.

What do you think of these simple dishes?

Klang Bak Kut Teh

Over the weekend, went to Klang for some discussion and come lunch time, decide to go grab some Bak Kut Teh. What else is there in Klang other than Bak Kut Teh? Right? (Ok lah.. there's seafood too but those are not Pork!)

Anyway... the food was excellent. Ain't going to write much about it as usual, I'll just let the pictures do the talking.

So what do you think? I hope you get hungry soon by looking at my photographs. Feel free to C&C about it.

Seems like I get more traffic to my blog when I post about food compared to the other post I did. Why is that so? I don’t critic about food, I only take pictures of what I eat… that also can drive traffic?

O'Brien's Sandwiches

Was @ the Curve yesterday and decide to hang out at O’Brien’s as compared to the other restaurants in the area, it’s the one place where we can sit down and chit chat without the need to raise our voice. Very nice when we are talking business.

Have you ever wondered why it’s hard to get the same kind of look/taste when we try to make the same kind of sandwich at home?

One thing I must say though is that the chips that was served with the sandwiches has been halved to a smaller portion compared to several months back. Cutting cost?

Krispy Kreme for Breakfast

8am, that’s the exact time this little donut met it’s demise by my mouth. Thanks to MissMynx, I got Krispy Kreme for breakfast BWAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHA

The picture’s a bit crappy as I was too busy rushing about so bear with it ok?

Mr. Kreme doesn’t know what’s going on when it came out for a stroll…

And before Mr. Kreme knows what happened, it was placed on a plate with only 2minutes to plan it’s escape route.

Sadly, it couldn’t escape as it couldn’t roll away from my mouth.

Curry Mee Special

Sunday morning, bumped into a long time Pork Noodle seller which used to operate a stall at the restaurant near my home, in of all places, out there somewhere in Kampung Baru Subang.

Of course, without a 2nd thought of what to eat, I ordered my 'special curry mee' that I enjoyed so well from him.

What's so special? The ingredient in this curry mee is as follow:
  • Meehon and the Yellow color Mee
  • Minced Pork
  • Curry Chicken and Potatoes
  • Pork skins
  • Pork meat
  • Tougeh
  • Loads of curry
Whatever happened to the usual Taufupok and siham and vegetables? Those are all unhealthy to me, so never will be in my bowl of noodle. Now... beat that!

Manhattan Fish Market @ Cineleisure Damansara

It’s been quite awhile since we last went out for dinner and a nice movie, so on Saturday, after many weeks of working only, Missmynx and I went to The Curve to have our nice little dinner and catch the 30 Days of Night at Cineleisure Damansara. If you’ve not watched the movie, don’t waste your time and money. It’s not worth it…

What we had for dinner? After long hours of thinking what to eat, we decided to go for the Manhattan Fish Market. And these were the choice.

The usual 3 items that was served with each dishes you order.

Tomato Soup …. I don’t like it so Missmynx drank it all…

What we had was the Seafood Platter for Two.

Quite a few friends commented that the standard and portion of the food in MFM has dropped but I still feel it’s quite alright. Not like we go to MFM often.

Marriot Hotel Buffet Line

These series of pictures was taken some time back at Marriot Hotel Putrajaya’s restaurant. Just thought I’d share what I’ve shot in here.
