Home Made Pan Mee

Pan Mee, most of the time, we just go to the restaurant to buy it. But sometimes, it's just nice to make the pan mee ourselves. Home made style Pan Mee doesn't have all those fancy fancy stuff you get from those sold in the Restaurant.

BUT... the big BUT here is that we can put in as much of our favorite add-ons as we like. In my case, minced pork and loads of it! I must admit that the dough for the pan mee was not prepared by me but my mom! But cooking it and all that... done by me.
